Maria Elena Bello

 Maria Elena Bello, born April 18 1967 was an American actress and producer as well as writer. Permanent Midnight (1998), Payback (1999), Coyote Ugly(2000) and The Cooler(2003), The History of Violence(2005), The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor2008 Grown Ups2010, Prisoners2013, and Lights Out (2016) are some of her film roles. Bello has been on TV in roles including Dr. Anna Del Amico (1997) and Payback (1999) and Coyote Ugly (2000), The Cooler (2003), A History of Violence (2005), Michelle McBride (2016) and Special Agent Jacqueline Sloane (2021-2021). Bello was born on April 18, 1967 in Norristown, Pennsylvania,[2] to Kathy Bello, a nurse at school and teacher and Joe Bello, a contractor.Her father is Italian American, with roots in Montella, Italy, and her mother is Polish American.She grew up in a middle-class, Catholic family and graduated from Archbishop John Carroll High School in Radnor, Pennsylvania. Her subject was political sciences at Villanova University. Bello trained in acting in New York and continued to improve her skills after graduation. Bello was married to Dan McDermott and has a son named Jackson. In November 2013 Bello wrote about having a sexual relationship with her ex-partner Clare Munn. She published a book titled Whatever...Love Is a Love: Questioning All the Labels That We Put on Ourself. (Dey Street Books. April 28 in 2015).
